I am sooooooo happy with this! I know there are LOTS of mistakes but I love it anyway. I finally got my laptop back, then school started and I've been unpacking and everything's just been really crazy so I hadn't gotten a chance to do any art. It felt amazing to get my digital juices flowin again lol I've been doing a lot of sketching and dootling during classes, but this is my first real piece of artwork in a long time

So, these are my first Akhal-tekes at Moonlight Drive. The Black Stallion is Ezra and the bay mare is Kamilla.

Breed: Akhal-Teke
Bloodline: Foundation Import
Phenotype: His coat is a greyish shade of black that is almost dull looking until in the sunlight where it truly looks luminous. He has few white hairs on his forehead along with a small pink snip on his bottom lip. On his left foreleg he bares a coronet and dark hoof, and both hindlegs have socks and pale hooves.
Eyes: dark brown, almost black

Build: Fairly Slender with long neck and limbs. Proportionate head, small, cute ears, square muzzle.

Temperament: Incredibly passive. He's a lover not a fighter. When comfronted with a challenge, he will usually submit to the other horse. He is also lazy to a fault. Although his speed is unheard of, with endurance and stamina to match, if he is in a bad mood, he will not run and will try to throw anyone who makes him. He has to be pursuaded to do everything, forcing him will end in disaster.

History: Born to a large Akhal-Teke breeding facility, Ezra lived in bliss along side siblings, frolicking in the large paddocks and virtually had no worries. As soon as he was put in to training, however, Ezra proved to be quite the challenge, fighting every trainer he encountered. It wasn't until he was sold and shipped across the ocean to Moonlight Drive Stables where he met our gentle horsemanship trainers who gave him time and space when needed. Soon, We started seeing a side of Ezra no one had ever seen before; he was starting to show willingness when training and became eager to please. Now, Ezra is a pleasure to ride and is a wonderful event horse.

Kamilla
Gender: Mare
Age: 5
Breed: Akhal-Teke
Bloodline: Foundation Import
Phenotype: She is a light, warm bay color with a rich metallic bloom. Her mane and tail are both thin and feathery. With an extremely lean and tall body, her strides tend to be twice that of a normal horse her size, making it easy for her to reach ground eating speeds. She has a crooked blaze with freckle-like spots skattered randomly. She has three stockings, her only bare leg is her left foreleg.

Temperament: She has a perfectionast personality. When faced with a task, she will perform her absolute best, and cross her limits trying to please. She is a fairly bomb-proof mount, very reliable on trails. Unfortunately, she is wont to bond with one person and only work well for that individual. She has chosen to bond with MD staff, Marc Bowman, and follows him around like a puppy.

History: Born into a small farm with four other horses, she was given an abundance of attention. She has been in love with people since birth. She was spoiled until she was 4 when she was sent to a trainer to be started. There, a traveling staff member of Moonlight Drive saw her and notified Charlotte about the beautiful mare. Soon after, Charlotte contacted the owner and made an offer he couldn't refuse. Now, Kamilla is an impeccable show horse and almost never loses a race.
